I-science workshop on data mining, distributed computing and visualization for astronomy
    from 13 Oct 2008 through 17 Oct 2008

Workshop preliminary programme

Programme

Times are indicative and will be highly flexible, 17:30 – 18:00 reconvene- review the day

The presentations are meant to trigger the topics of the future projects. They are to be identified in

cooperation with the I-science partners in the field of astronomy considering challenges from new

generations of large astronomical data accumulators, such as e.g. LOFAR, optical wide field imagers

and JIVE.
