Description and aim:

The purpose of this workshop is to discuss the most recent developments at the interface of

strings/branes and cosmology,in particular the Randall-Sundrum scenario, the brane cosmology,

the recent observational constraints from astronomy and the de Sitter/CFT correspondence.

The workshop aims to bring together and provide a forum for discussion to leading researchers in

strings/branes and cosmology. There will be approximately two talks per day, but the emphasis will

be on informal discussions.

The workshop is intendend to be small in size (30-40 participants);

office space will be available to all participants.
