Fifty Years of Thermodynamic Formalism in Physics, Dynamics, and Probability

The primary goal is to bring together leading specialist working in various areas of rigorous thermodynamic formalism: i.e., with the background in statistical physics, probability, ergodic theory.

Based on the past experience and recent developments, ideas and methods developed in one area often turn out to be equally successful in another. We aim at facilitating an exchange of ideas, cross-fertilization, and possibly, starting a cross-disciplinary collaboration.
