“Sustainable Computing with Neuromorphic and Quantum-Inspired Technologies”
by Rob van Nieuwpoort, Aida Todri-Sanial, Chris Broekema, Julita Corbalan and Johan Mentink.
The proposal was very well received by the evaluation panel:
“The submitters propose to address the energy cost challenge in the future of computational sciences. The topics they aim to cover are relatively broad, and the organizers' expertise ensures deep scientific and technological discussions. Technical as well as methodological and ethical challenges are discussed. It is an scientifically interesting and important topic, that also connects to a societal aspect (sustainable computing) of substantial urgency.”
The workshop will take place 26 – 30 Jan 2026 at the venue Lorentz Center@lambda in Leiden, the Netherlands.
