The Lorentz Center Calendar

The calendar below shows the availability and occupation of the Lorentz Center (all weeks in white grey are currently available for workshops proposed in the upcoming evaluation round).

This calendar is subject to change. It is frozen starting approximately two weeks prior to the application deadline for applicants to choose preferred weeks for their workshop.

Please be aware that our workshops are planned approximately 8-15 months ahead, in line with the three application submission deadlines per year:

• last Thursday of January: workshops between September this year and April of the next year
• last Thursday of May: workshops between January and August of the next year
• last Thursday of September: workshops between May and December of the next year

In the workshop application form, the available weeks for your workshop are automatically displayed for you to choose from.

- Note that there is no guarantee that you will get assigned your preferred workshop week until after the evaluation process.-

How to read this calendar:
All weeks in white/light grey are currently available for workshops proposed in the upcoming evaluation round. Weeks that have been coloured in (blue, black or orange) are currently not available. Make sure the correct year is selected in the drop-down menu.
