Stochasticity in the Life Cycle: From Individuals to Populations

7 - 11 February 2022

Venue: Lorentz Center@Online

If you are invited or already registered for this workshop, you have received login details by email.

The premise of the workshop is that there are stochastic processes in the individual life cycle. The goal of the workshop is to present, practice, compare, and interpret several new methods for calculating the population consequences of that stochasticity. We will analyze matrix population models, integral projection models, multistate models, and more, with applications to population biology, demography, and human health. It will be intensive and fun.
